EquiTie is compensated primarily on investment performance rather than on volume of deals placed. That alignment is deliberate: the firm earns when members earn, which is why it runs a small number of high-conviction deals a year instead of maximising throughput. Specific fee terms are disclosed to members with each opportunity.
